Woo hooo what a fun summer this is turning out to be !

On June 4, Lloyd and I took all the kids to Mississippi,  we dropped them off with their Aunt Angie and Grandma and Paw Paw.  They stayed for a full week, fishing, camping, and cruising around the coast.  Then on June 14, Aex and I returned to Mississippi and spent a couple days in the country with the kids and Aunt Pat. We had such a good time and relaxed nicely. Dusty and Sam both shot a 20 gauge, and learned to drive ATV's.

  Alex played in Clydes dog cage, and traded in our big pool for a hose and a bowl and decided he liked it better.... go figure?

When we left Mississippi I decided we shouldnt' drive straight back to tampa but to have our family vacation on the way home.  So we found a GREAT place.  It's called the Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort.  It was perfect !  water slides, miniture golf, shuffle board, a lazy river, huge hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools, sail boats, parasailing, and jet skits, along with ofcourse, beach volley ball, it worked great for me, there was a tiki bar next to every single pool !!

    After a couple days in Panama City Beach, we headed towards tampa but had to stop at Wakulla Springs, it's the largest spring in the world, and it is sooo intense and beautiful.  Dusty found a momma turtle digging the wholes for her eggs. Did you know they dig 3 wholes,  1 is empty, 1 has just one egg in it, and the other whole has all the rest of the eggs, it's to detere preditors, pretty smart turtle huh?
